Overview of Pirates Web's Website Maintenance Program:

• Pirates Web will maintain the website for a fee. This includes testing site functionality on an on-going basis, typographic and photographic changes and additions to content within existing pages.
  
• Maintenance also includes all technical support for email, hosting, and general website issues.
  
• The monthly maintenance fee varies dependent on the amount of changes per month but generally allows for two hours of changes per month.
  
• If the website is not covered under a maintenance agreement, changes to the site will be charged out at our normal hourly rates.
  
• Website maintenance does not include the addition of new pages, taking new photos, writing new copy, changes to the design and look of the website, changes to site navigation, changes to JavaScript, or structural changes to a database or shopping cart.
  
• Changes not included in the monthly maintenance agreement are charged out at our hourly rate or at an agreed price.
  
• Changes in excess of the agreed time allotment per month are billed at an agreed upon price.
  
• Changes should be e-mailed to Pirates Web for incorporation into the website at [email protected] . Small changes can be marked up on a printout of the page and faxed for clarification to 123456789. Verbal changes are not acceptable.
  
• Changes submitted to Pirates Web will be executed within three working days.
  
• Monthly changes submitted by the 25th of the month will be completed by the 1st of the following month. Changes submitted after the 25th will be completed by the 5th of the subsequent month.
  
• Time sensitive changes and changes relating to external promotions shall be treated as an exception and will be charged out at the regular maintenance fee.
  
• Payment for maintenance is paid by direct debit via a credit card unless otherwise agreed.
